I started working in community mental health in 2013 as a support worker with children at a summer camp. That accidental internship lead to a lifelong career in the mental health field that has brought me in contact with a wide range of people and professionals.
Since 2020, I have been seeing clients for individual counseling with a focus on the queer and Autistic community. As a fellow queer, neurodivergent geek and therapist I want to bring play, compassion and empowerment to my work. Most of my counseling interventions are informed by geeky interests and understanding of systems of oppression.
Currently, I am in the process of working towards a PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision from Antioch University Seattle.
