    Geek Therapy

My approach to counseling gives spaces for clients to bring their special interests into counseling and use them as a source of strength and resilience from TTRPGs to anime.

MY Counseling Method

  • Collaboration

We come together and define what a life worth living means to you based on your values.

  • Exploration

Next we explore what gets in the way of living a life worth living including systems of oppression that create additional challenges.

  • Empowerment

Together we dismantle internalized systems of oppression, build skills for supporting day to day needs, and begin taking step towards what a life worth living looks like.
